100% recommend! I called them at 10:30 to see if I could get my tire plugged and they told me to come by at 11. Showed up and was fixed in 5 min! Very fast and friendly. Love their mascot Mack too!

Referred to this awesome Mom and Pop shop by my cousin. Mr. Donnie, Mrs. Stacy, Velcro and The Grandson were heaven sent. They’ve literally saved my life. I purchased a vehicle from a car lot on Williams Boulevard during the last week of June only for the dashboard to light up like a Christmas tree within a week of the cash purchase. The vehicle started making a sound as if I was skateboarding every time I tapped the brakes. Let me just say that I found out on today that all four of the tires were mounted inside out, the brake pads were broken into pieces and that I was overcharged at least 3.5k for the vehicle. Thank God that I wasn’t driving and caused an accident injuring myself or anyone else. The guy on Williams saw a woman alone and decided to get his moneys worth but what he meant for my demise behind a dollar led me to a blessing !!! I’ll never purchase another vehicle from Auto Nation, LLC again that guy better remember that he has a mother and a wife that someone may take advantage of one day. Mr. Donnie and Mrs. Stacy took excellent care of me gaining a lifetime customer. I highly recommend all women, single moms, female veterans and anyone that reads this review to

Direct Tire is a great family owned local business. I needed tires for a work trailer and was in a bind. They not only had the tires in stock, but were able to get them changed out and back on the road in 30 mins!

Donnie and Stacy are amazing. I was out of town for a soccer tournament and just knew driving here...... something was wrong with my tires. I called Direct Tire Town at closing time and Donnie picked up the phone. I explained to him my situation and was worried about it being able to be looked at and fixed all in a few hours due to me transporting my teenager to and from soccer games. He assured me that he would help me on the following business day. I showed up as soon as it opened and was in and out of there in less than an hour. The price I paid was IN SANE! 60.00! I was thinking the repair would be over 300.00! Such great people and a cool story of life to ask about! Ask about "Velcro" too! ❤️
